We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt/order ID)

⚠️ Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

⚠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different product, please:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order separately

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you about approval/rejection
  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
